AssembleTronics’ precision molding business unit provides custom injection molding services to OEM’s and their contractors, producing custom designed high quality plastic components. Our processes and components are designed to ensure the very best quality and adhere to tight tolerance standards. AssembleTronics produces in conformance with the plastic over molding and potting provisions of the IPC/WHMA-A-620 Class I, II or III, as specified by the end user. AssembleTronics has the ability to produce precision molded products to be used in any industry, be it appliance, industrial, automotive, defense or aerospace.

Operating under ISO-9001/2008, we maintain a quality system that ensures dependability, reliability and repeatability. Under the provisions of this standard we carefully maintain both horizontal and vertical hydraulic and electric molding machines as well as the custom molds and tooling to ensure long life and quality.  Machine capacities range from 25 to 72 tons with shot sizes to 6 ounces, with intrusion molding capabilities to 9 ounces.
